COVID-19 Procedures

Happy H.R. wishes everyone strength, health and safety during these difficult times surrounding COVID-19.  As your lead HR Consultant, I am available to work virtually and will evaluate any in-person needs on a case-by-case basis.

For in-person assignments, I as well as my clients need to follow the protocols as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), including but not limited to:

  • Taking daily temperature before entering any work environment.
  • Wearing a mask that covers nose and mouth, securing the under chin.
  • Social distancing a minimum of 6 feet apart, as appropriate, and avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces.
  • Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily using EPA-approved disinfectants.
  • Staying home if symptoms exist, or travel outside the state within the past two weeks, or one has been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person.

By adhering to these protocols, we can help ensure a welcoming, safe environment for all.
